Start a Career as a Customer Service Professional
This 8-week program will prepare to become a customer service representative or telephone call center agent. As a program participant, youāll receive industry-recognized training and paid work experience at a professional contact center. Graduates of this program obtain positions in customer service such as Customer Service Reps and Bank Tellers.
