Career Centers    

            
No matter what challenge you have in finding work, we’re here to help. We offer free resources and other programs for youth, veterans, people with disabilities, and people with limited financial resources. Our Career Center’s offer: 

• Job Postings: Goodwill posts weekly listings of local job openings (often not found in the newspaper) to help connect job seekers with employment opportunities. We can also point you to other resources including those on the Web.

• Computers: Goodwill offers job seekers free use of computers with Internet access and résumé writing software.

• Telephones: Free phones are available for use to arrange appointments and facilitate communication with employers.

Resource Library: This resource center offers materials to help job seekers prepare for and secure employment, as well as information about community training.

Other Resources: You’ll also find interview tips, coaching, and other resources designed to help you stand out in front of potential employers.

We also offer a range of training programs  in a vast array of industries. One of them might be right for you.

In addition, we also offer business connections for micro-entrepreneurs. Our GoodBIZ program provides assistance to enhance your marketing tools, develop your business plan and help people network. Computers with Microsoft products are available for business plan development.
